"The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. The property grounds were serene and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose the Royal Palms again."

"Had a nice buffet breakfast. Could walk to downtown area. Staff knew very limited English so bring your google translate. Held our baggage while visiting other islands. Asked the receptionist to call us a taxi to turtle reserve. She told us $10 and 10 minutes. Guy took 30 minutes and charged us $45. Pool was nice but hot tub was not hot."

The hotel organized our transportation to and from the airport, which was nice because it involved a car, water taxi, and bus.
